About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our core finance technology infrastructure in Thailand. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of fintech product management, finance operations, and regulatory compliance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams locally and regionally to deliver robust, scalable, and BOT-compliant finance systems that power Atome's growth in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of finance systems. From requirements gathering, solution design, and development oversight through to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Ensure all finance systems and related processes are fully compliant with Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations, data security standards, and relevant financial services requirements applicable in Thailand and across Atome's operating markets.
- Partner with external vendors and technology providers to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems, payment rails, and financial infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation including user stories, workflows, technical specifications, and process diagrams.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics to measure delivery success and identify areas for optimization.
- Drive the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize features and fixes based on regulatory requirements and business impact.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with finance and operational stakeholders, ensuring all scenarios meet compliance and business standards.
- Provide training and change management support to ensure smooth adoption of implemented systems across teams.
- Stay current on BOT regulatory updates, regional fintech trends, and best practices in financial system management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in finance system implementation (ERP, accounting platforms, core banking, payment processing, or similar).
- Hands-on experience working within a BOT-regulated environment is essential, deep familiarity with Thailand's financial services regulatory landscape, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations is a must.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting principles, and the regulatory frameworks governing fintech and consumer credit businesses in Thailand.
- Fintech background particularly in BNPL, digital lending, payments, or e-wallet ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with agile development teams and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to compliance and risk detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively bridge technical teams and business/regulatory audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering and scaling technology products or systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Experience with system integrations, API management, or third-party vendor management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required.
