and packaging for local compliance.
- Cross-functional Leadership
: Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and Manufacturing teams to prevent defects

- Data-Driven Decision Making
: Utilize sales data and market research to propose product upgrades and expand the new product lineup.
- Profitability Management
: Manage product margins by analyzing costs (COGS) and setting appropriate pricing strategies.
