Role Overview: We seek an experienced Product Manager to join the TrueMoney Cross-Border product team. This team is responsible for driving the innovation and execution of cross-border transfer transactions, focusing on both inbound and outbound transfers. Your role will involve creating seamless and secure solutions for international money transfers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the user experience.

- Learn the intricacies of the completions and drilling data life cycles and become a subject matter expert.
- Lead the development and enhancement of cross-border transfer products, focusing on both inbound and outbound transactions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize key features, and develop a product roadmap that aligns with TrueMoneys regional strategy.
- Break down complex cross-border payment challenges into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, business, and international partners to ensure product solutions are secure, compliant, and meet users&apos needs in different regions.
- Innovate product features and processes to reduce friction in cross-border transfers while maintaining security and regulatory standards.
- Stay up to date with market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to continuously improve product offerings.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and optimization, ensuring the products are scalable and adaptable to the evolving market.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for cross-border products, ensuring seamless integration with the TrueMoney ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- At least Five years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in fintech, payments, or cross-border transfer services.
- Proven track record in managing cross-border or international payment products, with experience in regulatory compliance (this qualification will be considered a priority).
- Strong ability to simplify complex international financial concepts and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Passion for learning new technologies and delivering innovative products that meet global market demands.
- Experience in working with international partners and navigating regional regulatory requirements (this qualification will be considered a priority).
- Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools is an advantage.
