Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake thorough business, market, and user research to inform product strategy.
- Formulate and execute a detailed product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Convert roadmap into clear, actionable stories and requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the project manager, UX/UI teams, and QA department to design intuitive web and mobile experiences.
- Coordinate diligently with relevant stakeholders, spanning business, marketing, operations, compliance, and more to guarantee product readiness and operational excellence.
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, strategy, or related domains.
- Demonstrable experience in formulating strategic plans, including the creation of business cases and models.
- Proficiency in analytical problem solving, coupled with quantitative analysis capabilities.
- A proven track record of successful product or feature launches, substantiated by clear metrics and impact.
- Ability to define and consistently measure both customer and business impact, optimizing product conversion funnels accordingly.
- Superior project and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by adeptness in visual presentations.
- A detail-oriented approach, coupled with creativity and speed in problem-solving.
