Key Responsibilities

Deposit Product Ownership

● Own the full lifecycle of deposit products — from customer onboarding, account setup, core

banking integration, to internal/external transfers and regulatory reporting.

● Ensure product setup is accurate, secure, and aligned with regulatory, risk, and compliance

standards.

● Define and maintain product documentation including user stories, feature specs, and

technical dependencies.

Customer-Centric Design

● Champion a customer-first approach: design features and flows that are intuitive, seamless,

and delightful.

● Collaborate with UX/UI designers and research teams to validate hypotheses and

continuously improve user experience.

Product Leadership & Strategy

● Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the deposit and

related portfolios.

● Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, data, operations, legal, compliance,

and customer service teams.

● Requirement analysis : Sharply identify requirements from business requirement to technical

specification, understand end to end development life cycle, able to write clear and concise

Product Requirement and API specification and all possible scenarios that could happen.

● Technical Collaboration: Partner effectively with engineering, design, and data science

teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring

successful implementation.

● Excellent in communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

● 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager Owner in banking, fintech, or

financial services.

● Demonstrated success in managing deposit, payment, or core banking products.

● Familiarity with account opening flows, payment infrastructure (PromptPay, interbank,

BAHTNET), and regulatory reporting frameworks.

● Strong understanding of core banking systems and integration architectures.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

Preferred:

● Experience with digital-only or virtual banks is highly valued.

● Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and design thinking.
