About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the charge in shaping and growing our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products in Thailand. This role is all about understanding what customers want, developing solutions that make their lives easier, and ensuring our BNPL offerings stand out in the fintech space. You'll collaborate with teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to build a seamless experience that drives adoption and growth.
What you'll do
- Develop a clear roadmap for our BNPL services, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Spot new opportunities in the market and translate them into product improvements.
- Stay ahead of trends in the BNPL and fintech space to keep our offering competitive.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to create user-friendly BNPL solutions.
- Oversee the entire product lifecyclefrom concept to launch, and beyond.
- Ensure new features and enhancements roll out smoothly and make an impact.
- Conduct research to understand what customers need, their pain points, and what drives adoption.
- Keep an eye on competitors to find ways to make our BNPL solutions unique and valuable.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to refine and enhance the product.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates with leadership and internal teams.
- Monitor key performance metrics to track success and find areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine features and enhance customer experience.
Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of finance application and the fintech landscape in Thailand.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- A strategic thinker who can turn ideas into impactful products.
- Great problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Passionate about delivering customer-first solutions in a fast-paced environment.
