We are hiring a Product Manager. You will lead the planning and activation of product portfolios in Thailand. You will work closely with medical, sales, market access, digital and global partners to turn customer insight into clear local plans. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop local brand plans using customer insight, market data and competitive intelligence. - Translate global strategies into local campaigns and adapt tactics for Thai customers. - Plan and deliver integrated multichannel campaigns across digital, medical education and face-to-face channels. - Work with medical, market access and sales to align messaging and measure campaign impact. - Manage external agencies, budgets and compliance with local regulations and company standards. - Use performance data to optimise tactics, forecast demand and report business outcomes. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professional talent with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, marketing, business or a related discipline. - Minimum 3 years experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management or related roles, specifically in cardio experience - Experience creating and executing multichannel marketing or integrated campaigns. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decisions. - Professional-level Thai and good working knowledge of English. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience in specialty or oncology therapeutic areas. - Experience working with global and regional teams in a multinational company. - Familiarity with local regulations and code of promotion. - Experience managing agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets. - Knowledge of market access, payer landscape or hospital customers in Thailand. - Advanced digital marketing skills or experience with customer engagement platforms. Work arrangement This role is site-based in Thailand with opportunities for hybrid working as agreed with your manager. Regular collaboration with teams across functions and regions is expected.
