This team is set up for developing new investment products and services platform to support all front business units both digital and external/internal investment consultant units. The team is working closely with business units to design and develop operating model for investment products and services including develop, improve and digitize process and core product platforms relating to investment and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with front functions to support their business development by design and developing operating model for the new products and services together with all related functions
- Draw the project scope, structure, processing flows, activities, timelines, systems required, parties involved
- Be a project owner cooperating with all stakeholders or related functions
- Prioritize the digital product backlog in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input.
- Ensure the delivery of digital products that meet user expectations and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine and improve digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and advancements to propose innovative solutions that support business growth.
- Understand business requirements and communicate with IT and vendors
- Implement, train, and communicate the new product operating model and process to all stakeholders including monitor and ensure the process and core product/service platform run smoothly and efficiently
- Explore market development both onshore and offshore in any perspectives e.g. new services, new products, changes in laws and regulations, new technologies and platforms etc. then analyze in detail and identify the potential development to business requirements and client needs by cooperating to business units
- Analyze current operating model of all products and services and identify improvement and development
- Coordinate with all related functions including understand their in-house process to design, develop and improve the operating model
- Finds out efficient, effective solutions for any issues and problems occurred in the project and escalate for any urgent or serious or unsolvable matters
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in the securities, investment, derivatives, banking, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in the implementation of banking or investment platforms.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Logical reasoning and analytical thinking with a creative mindset.
- Open-minded, quick to learn, and adaptable to new concepts and environments.
- Proactive and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
