Our vision for Thailand is bold, exciting, and backed by the success of our digital-first playbook across India, Singapore, Middle East, and Japan. We are now looking for a product leader who can shape and accelerate this journey.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and define the Thailand digital product roadmap across app, mobile web, and desktop.
  • Build localized product strategies tailored to Thai and SEA customer behavior.

Growth & Business Impact

  • Lead key D2C growth levers: category, merchandising, offers, funnels, conversion, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Drive both product funnel (traffic, CVR, engagement) and revenue funnel (AOV, returns, repeats).

Customer Experience & Insights

  • Champion customer experience (CX & NPS) and deliver seamless, personalized journeys.
  • Deeply understand Thai consumer behavior, payments, preferences, and UX expectations.

Cross-Country Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, retail, and supply chain teams across India, Singapore, and global markets.
  • Localize global capabilities into a uniquely Thai experience.

Data-Led Product Development

  • Use insights, experimentation frameworks, and funnel analysis to prioritize features.
  • Set KPIs, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications

  • 57 years of experience in Product Management or Growth Product roles.
  • Experience in D2C, retail, consumer internet, or SEA digital commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai and SEA consumer behavior.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
  • Ability to drive both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
