Position: Product Manager (Medical Devices)
We're looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, drive sales performance, and expand our presence in the medical device market.
Main responsibility:
- Develop and execute business strategies for sustainable growth
- Lead product management: positioning, launches, and lifecycle optimization
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Drive sales performance and manage product portfolios (SKU optimization)
- Collaborate with internal teams and principals to deliver business goals
- Monitor performance, optimize inventory, and manage budgets
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- 5+ years experience in business development / product management, background in medical devices or healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
