Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing and implement business plan, marketing strategy for specific products, review, evaluate and adjust plans to cater the changes of the marketing. Continuously assess and develop new channels to broaden the company's market share in the specific products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out analysis of sales channels, market access, pricing structure and competition analysis.
- Develop and implement business plan, sales promotions and marketing strategy as well as related activities.
- Collaborate with NSM/SM to drive business in order to achieve sales target
- Setting up local sales & co-ordinate marketing activities with sales
- Interacts with all customer groups to make market observations, and identifies potential insights and market access issues.
- Executes key opinion leader development program.
- Control brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources.
- Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
- Encourage to conduct various micro marketing and monitor result
- Controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan
- Supervise, coach and train internal/external teams and conduct training from principal.
- Control brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources.
- Conduct product training and practice Medical Representative to deliver correct message.
- Co-ordinate with PV team when there are any ADR reports from the customers
- Participates in the resolution of any legal liability and complying with governmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with Master's Degree in MBA : Marketing would be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in product specialist.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Product Manager would be preferable.
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, prescription products, markets and Therapeutic Areas.
- Strategic thinking, creative and initiative.
- Positive attitude CAN DO, energetic and good team player.
- Have a leadership, be proactive, self-confidence with good problem solving and decision making.
- Be able to work independently with result-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Computer literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook).
