The Product Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, leading product discovery, and ensuring the delivery of solutions that address validated customer needs while achieving business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
The Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer research, problem identification, solution definition, execution alignment, and performance management.
In addition, the role requires strong domain understanding of the leasing and financial services industry in Thailand, including familiarity with local market practices and regulatory considerations. The Product Manager is expected to leverage this domain expertise to inform product decisions, ensure compliance alignment, and design solutions that are relevant to the target market.
Candidates should possess prior experience working within the leasing and finance domain, either as a SME or worked in leasing & finance industry, with a solid understanding of industry processes and operational workflows. Typically, 36 years of relevant industry experience is expected to effectively contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
- Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with organizational strategy and market opportunities
- Develop, manage, and regularly update the product roadmap based on business priorities and customer insights
- Ensure alignment of product initiatives with overall company goals and objectives
Customer Research & Problem Identification
- Plan and conduct structured customer interviews to gather qualitative insights
- Analyze customer feedback, support data, and product usage metrics to identify recurring pain points
- Formulate clear and actionable problem statements supported by evidence
- Segment customers and prioritize problems based on impact, scale, and strategic relevance
Solution Definition & Validation
- Translate prioritized problems into solution and product opportunities
- Collaborate with UX/UI and engineering teams to design and refine potential solutions
- Lead validation activities including prototyping, usability testing, and feedback sessions
- Ensure solutions are viable, feasible, and aligned with customer expectations and business goals
- Define success metrics and expected outcomes prior to development
Product Discovery & Continuous Improvement
- Drive structured product discovery processes
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
- Continuously refine product strategy based on validated learning and performance insights
Execution Alignment & Delivery Oversight
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure accurate translation of requirements into development-ready artifacts
- Provide oversight on delivery progress against defined timelines, scope, and objectives
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints impacting delivery
- Support prioritization and trade-off decisions based on value, effort, and business impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders involved in the product lifecycle
