Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join the Payment Platform Team. In this role, you will focus on developing on-shelf products to help businesses enter the market, expand our service offerings, and grow our user base. You will be instrumental in creating products that enhance the TrueMoney ecosystem, supporting our financial services, and driving business growth.

experienced in product management in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to turn ideas into tangible products and deeply understand how to navigate market challenges while focusing on user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Think big and then execute at a granular level!
- Learn the intricacies of completions and drilling data life cycles and become a subject-matter expert.
- Lead the development of on-shelf products for businesses within the TrueMoney Payment Platform, ensuring these products meet market needs and align with TrueMoney's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and develop a roadmap for product launches that will support business growth and enhance the ecosystem.
- Break down complex product ideas into actionable user stories and product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, business, and compliance teams to ensure product solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Innovate around payment solutions to make it easier for businesses to integrate with the TrueMoney ecosystem.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new payment products that address the needs of both businesses and users.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve and optimize product offerings.
- Manage competing priorities, including product roadmap, stakeholder requests, and time-to market goals, while focusing on delivering a great user experience.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the fintech, payments, or consulting industry.
- Proven product management experience, focusing on payment platforms or related financial services.
- Strong ability to understand complex payment technologies and articulate them clearly to different stakeholders.
- A keen interest in learning new technologies and delivering products that integrate seamlessly into business ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs (modeling, requirement analysis) and problem solving.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong knowledge of a specific application domain and business.
- Effective soft skills: stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills to interact with vendors and technical teams.
- Capable of inspiring and leading teams to achieve product goals.
- Experience in creating go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions.
- Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools is an advantage.
Extra appreciated competencies:
- Experience with E-Payment technologies: POS systems, Card system, Payment Gateway, and understanding the E-Payment concepts (acquiring, issuing, online transactions, etc) and payment lifecycle: authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Experience with card schemes (VISA, MasterCard, and/or Union-Pay) and certification process.
- Knowledge of other Core Banking systems.
