We are seeking a results-driven, science-minded Product Manager to join our Wellness Innovation team. This role is designed for a pharmacist who is passionate about consumer health and ready to shape innovative supplement and wellness products from concept through launch. You will serve as the bridge between pharmaceutical science and commercial strategy, owning the full product lifecycle and driving both innovation and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from ideation, formulation brief, regulatory review, and packaging development through to commercial launch.
- Define product concepts grounded in consumer insight, market trends, and evidence-based science; develop and maintain the product roadmap in line with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Apply pharmacist expertise to evaluate ingredient safety, drug-nutrient interactions, supplement formulations, and product claims ensuring compliance with Thai FDA or relevant regulatory standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver products that are safe, efficacious, and market-ready on time.
- Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans, define pricing strategy, SKU architecture, and product positioning for new launches.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor category trends in wellness, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Manage relationships with manufacturers (OEM/ODM), raw material suppliers, and third-party laboratories, liaise with international partners.
- Prepare and present product briefs, business cases, formulation dossiers, and launch update reports to senior leadership.
- Track post-launch product performance using defined KPIs and iterate product strategy based on data, consumer feedback, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. or B.Pharm.) from an accredited institution required. Valid pharmacist license preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, NPD, or a closely related role within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record managing a product from concept to shelf, including cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of supplement and nutraceutical formulations vitamins, minerals, botanicals, probiotics, collagen, and permissible health claims.
- Familiarity with Thai FDA regulations for food supplements, GMP standards, and relevant international frameworks.
- Able to read scientific literature, communicate with international partners, and produce English-language product documents with confidence.
