We're looking for a
Product Manager who can lead product development from concept to launch — someone who balances business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage product roadmap and feature planning
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: from research, MVP scoping, development, launch, to iteration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Write clear and actionable user stories, manage product backlog, and run Agile sprints
- Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and optimize for retention, conversion, and growth
- Monitor product performance using metrics and KPIs (activation, engagement, churn, etc.)
- Research competitors and market trends to keep the product innovative and relevant
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, tech, or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of Lean Product, MVP, Agile/Scrum, and Design Thinking
- Hands-on experience working closely with UX/UI and software engineering teams
- Ability to translate business and user needs into effective product features
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- Bonus: Background in UX, business strategy, or data analytics
