Job Description

Job Title: Product Manager E2E Supply Chain Product

The role of Product Manager E2E Supply Chain Product involves defining product vision and strategy for demand forecasting and replenishment solutions, collaborating closely with supply chain teams to understand challenges, translating needs into actionable requirements, and prioritizing the product roadmap. The position requires cross-functional coordination with engineering, data science, and design teams, guiding advanced forecasting and optimization algorithms, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, proven product management experience in supply chain or retail, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with forecasting methodologies.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our demand forecasting and replenishment solution, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market opportunities.

2. Deep Domain Expertise: Work intimately with our internal Supply Chain Management team and other stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and unmet needs related to demand planning, inventory optimization, and automated replenishment.

3. Requirements Definition: Translate complex business problems and user needs into detailed, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for forecasting models, inventory policies, replenishment algorithms, and user interfaces.

4. Roadmap Development & Prioritization: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and return on investment.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary product liaison, fostering strong collaboration between engineering, data science, UX/UI design, and related teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

6. Data & Algorithm Guidance: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to guide the selection, development, and refinement of advanced forecasting methodologies (e.g., machine learning, statistical models) and inventory optimization algorithms.

7. Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Define OKRs for product success (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, out of stock and overstock

reduction), monitor performance, analyze data, and drive continuous product improvement based on feedback and results. 8. Integration Strategy: Define requirements for seamless integration with various enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and POS platforms.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Operations Research), Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative field. Master's degree in Operations Research or MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience in product management, preferably in the supply chain, operation or retail domain

3. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and data analytics.

4. Familiarity with the forecasting methodologies (e.g., time series analysis, machine learning models like Prophet, ARIMA, neural networks)

5. Excellent in communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Good command of English communication is a must.
