Job Purpose:
The Product Manager is responsible for managing the full product lifecycle of the Product
/brandfrom strategy and planning to execution and performance analysis. The role ensures
that product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies align with market trends and
brand direction. By collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams, the Product
Manager drives product growth, supports new launches, and strengthens product's
competitiveness in the Thai aesthetics market. This position also acts as the bridge between
clinical insights, commercial goals, and brand excellence to achieve sustainable business
success.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the product roadmap and strategic business plans for the product.

Define product positioning, pricing, and messaging based on market analysis and brand
goals.
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and growth
opportunities.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the entire product lifecycle from new product introduction to end-of-life.
Monitor product performance, including sales data, market share, and profitability,
providing regular reports to management.
Collaborate with the sales team on demand forecasting and inventory management.
Go-to-Market Execution
Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and market expansion
initiatives.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop integrated marketing campaigns
that support product objectives.
Ensure all product-related communications and collaterals are aligned with brand
strategy.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Analyze competitor activities, product offerings, and marketing strategies to ensure
competitive positioning.
Stay updated on industry trends, clinical developments, and consumer insights,
especially among key demographics like Gen Z.
Share market intelligence with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and tactics.
Sales Enablement & Training
Develop and deliver product training materials and programs for the sales team and
clinic partners.
Act as the primary product expert, providing technical and clinical support to internal
teams.
Create sales tools, presentations, and other assets to support the sales process.
Qualification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Experience: 35 years in product management, brand management, or strategic
marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, brand strategy,
market analysis, pricing, and financial principles.
Skills: Strategic planning, data analysis, project management, cross-functional
collaboration, and excellent communication skills (Thai & English).
Abilities: Ability to translate complex market insights into actionable product
strategies, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and influence stakeholders
effectively.
