Responsibilities:
Business & Requirement Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements with users and key stakeholders.
- Understand business objectives, pain points, and operational processes and translate them into clear system requirements.
- Analyze As-Is processes and design To-Be processes to support business and system improvement.
- Prepare Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria that development teams can implement immediately.
- Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, constraints, and potential project risks.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment among business users, project teams, and technical teams.
- Manage Product Backlog and dependencies across projects; work closely with AI & Optimization Engineers, Backend, Mobile, Business Analysts, UX/UI, and QA teams.
- Review UX/UI Workflows for all user groups (from planners, supervisors, and shift leads to frontline staff), participate in Agile Ceremonies, and support UAT.
Workforce & Operations Solutions
- Analyze business and system requirements for workforce management, shift scheduling, and real-time operations.
- Understand and design user workflows across relevant administrative and mobile applications.
- Define Core Product scopes vs. client-specific Configurations and Customizations to prevent project divergence into isolated systems.
- Design Rule and Constraint Frameworks supporting labor laws, staff agreements, shift rest periods, fatigue limits, specialized certificates, and skill-to-task matching.
- Define requirements for workforce planning and automated scheduling modules, covering workload forecasting, capacity calculation, shift patterns, scheduling goals, and schedule quality criteria.
- Define requirements for real-time operations control and mobile applications, covering staff tracking, incident management, time attendance, shift swapping, and notifications.
- Prioritize features using measurable criteria balancing Impact, Effort, Risk, and cross-project reusability.
Project Implementation & UAT
- Work closely with Developers, Solution Architects, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and track Product KPIs (e.g., system schedule acceptance rates, staff adequacy, overtime hours, and rule violation counts).
- Analyze Unit Economics, participate in defining Pricing and Packaging Models, and prepare product documentation for Sales, Pre-sales, and Professional Services teams.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as a key communication point between business and technical teams.
- Communicate complex business and system requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively in both Thai and English, delivering professional presentations to executive-level management and enterprise clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Senior System Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience managing enterprise-grade products or systems.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis, and business process analysis.
- Direct experience with workforce management or operations-related systems (e.g., shift scheduling, workforce planning, time attendance, field dispatch, or operations control centers).
- Able to translate business requirements into clear functional and system requirements (PRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria).
- Good understanding of system architecture concepts, including APIs (REST or GraphQL), Data Flows, Integration Patterns, and Microservices.
- Basic SQL skills or ability to use BI Tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of resource allocation concepts under hard (non-negotiable) and soft (flexible) constraints, skill-to-task matching, and system-generated schedule quality evaluation.
- Experience in industries with heavy shift work or field operations (e.g., Aviation/Airports, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Utilities, or Manufacturing).
- Basic understanding of Optimization or Operations Research, with the ability to explain the logic behind system-generated results to users.
- Understanding of Thai labor laws regarding working hours, holidays, and overtime; or experience building mobile applications for frontline staff.
- Experience in government or state enterprise projects, or possessing certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM.
