Role & responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze requirements to develop and design product features/specifications.
- Collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders such as LH Bank and Actuarial teams to deliver business-aligned products.
- Analyze and benchmark products against competitors to identify opportunities and strategic differentiators.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and compare campaign outcomes against business objectives to refine strategies for better performance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance (DPO/DGO), Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Review and comprehend legal documents, including Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), with attention to detail.
- Lead, mentor, and manage team members to achieve business goals and enhance team capabilities.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance while providing guidance and resolving issues effectively.
- Design and implement workflows to support new product sales and improve existing processes.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, providing effective solutions for process enhancement.
- Act as a Business Analyst or Project Manager to gather business requirements and design business flows.
- Manage project timelines, identify issues, prioritize tasks, and ensure project delivery according to the plan.
- Possess knowledge and skills in data analysis and Management Information Systems.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and provide insightful reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product development, process improvement, system development, or marketing in insurance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in team management and project management.
- Understanding of legal frameworks related to product development and business operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create MIS reports to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
