Monitor, evaluate, and analyze marketing performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to ensure alignment with business strategies and goals.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support product launches, business development initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
Good command in English. (TOEIC score at least 550)
Experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Development, Trade Marketing, or related fields.
Strong understanding of product management, pricing strategy, market analysis, and go-to-market planning.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in building materials, construction products, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
