Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

ASW Consulting is looking for dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our client, who is an enterprise manufacturing firm. The company has many business units such as renewable energy and warehouse business.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be leading different brand strategy, marketing campaigns, product launches and customer engagement to drive company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans
• Lead end-to-end marketing communication strategies, ensuring strong and consistent execution across all marketing activities
• Manage product portfolio, packaging development, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
• Work closely with regional and global teams to implement innovative pipelines and product roadmaps
• Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
• Lead and manage the team to ensure performance alignment with organizational goals

Key Requirements

• More than 7 years of proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in FMCG industry.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, marketing communications and advertising strategies.
• Experience in market research, new product development and team management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop marketing strategies and manage P&L effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the network.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong sense of ownership.
