Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the TV category to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and product performance.
  • Lead monthly forecasting activities and monitor sell-out performance, inventory levels, and dealer/store performance.
  • Work closely with sales teams to implement corrective actions and drive business growth.
  • Manage product ranging (SKU), pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure marketing execution aligns with brand standards and market needs.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and commercial investments.
  • Take ownership of the category P&L and contribute to overall company profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HQ, sales teams, dealers, and marketing teams.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong experience in business planning, forecasting, or business analysis.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly for PSI and forecasting management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
