Position Description
Undertake the company's strategic objectives and coordinate the product planning of regional products to ensure that product definitions are implemented and promoted.
Major Responsibility:
- Responsible for researching overseas market opportunities and pushing feasibility analysis based on regional strategy.
- Responsible for researching user needs and competitive environment, completing overseas product definition and LACU & CPV setting, reaching multi-objective balance, and monitoring the achievement of product definition objectives, as well as completing product USP report.
- Responsible for the product market equations and monitoring the achievement of the target.
- Responsible for product life cycle management, including MSRP, competitive strategy, product status, product operation, etc., and propose product facelift strategies according to market demands.
- Support the sales/Marketing communication department in developing a retail promotion strategy.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree and above, Economics, Marketing, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical, and related majors
- With 2 years or more of work experience in product planning or product strategy positions in an automotive company, with enough hands-on experience.
- Excellent product planning skills, able to develop reasonable product definition and market equation based on market demand, user feedback, and technology trends, then effectively drive product planning from concept to implementation, and reach the target set in the market equation.
- Independent thinking and forward-looking insights, as well as good organization, coordination, communication, and integration skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English or spoken Chinese communication
