Job Description

Your Role:

  • Plan and engage in every step of the product development lifecycle. Imagine hatching an egg, nurturing that duckling, and watching it grow into a dragon.
  • Be stakeholder's best friend. Develop a deep understanding of both internal and external stakeholders needs and behaviors. Your insights will help us design and deliver legendary product outcomes.
  • Effectively collaborate with Collections, Risk, Operations, Compliance, IT, Development, and other diverse stakeholders to define requirements and solutions. You're the bridge that keeps everyone connected.
  • Put yourself in customers shoes and dive deep into their needs. User feedback and research are your guiding stars, and you're always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Using data to help you analyze and make decisions to ensure you go on the right path.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and continuously seek improvements to our current features and processes.
  • Ensure the quality of our products before releasing them into the real world. No flaws or glitches escape your keen eye!
  • Stay on top of market, industry, and regulatory trends in financial services, especially Lending. Use this knowledge to make decisions that keep us ahead of the game.

Specification:

  • Able to speak natively Thai and able to communicate fluently in English
  • 4-6 years of experience in the role of Product Manager, Product Owner, or related fields.
  • Experience in collections product owner, collection development, collection strategy within consumer loan products or digital lending is preferred; knowledge of digital lending and other financial services industries is an added advantage
  • Leverage product initiatives and solutions to improve repayment rates, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer repayment journeys.
  • Thrives in a fast-changing regulatory and digital lending environment, adapting quickly to evolving compliance requirements and market conditions
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and systematic thinking skills, as well as the ability to understand and communicate technical discussions even if you are a non-technical person.
  • Take ownership and be proactive. You prioritize outcomes because you are the representative of users.
  • It's always better when we're together. You are the key person who thrive a collaborative environment.
  • Have any questions Ambiguous scope Wow! That means lots of possibilities to learn and play around.
  • Fluent in English, both for communication. Also, stakeholder management and negotiation are a plus.
