Product Owner (IT)

• Define the Product Vision, develops, owns, and executes product roadmap
• Manage, maintain product backlog and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks
• Lead the release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities or features and communicate to stakeholders
• Partners with business and stakeholders to understand direction, business process, customer interactions, and ways to enhance the overall experience
• Work with Business Analyst in translating product roadmap features into detailed product features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
• Evaluate progress against predefined goals ensure that the product is on track and delivering value to the customers and the business
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Facilitate, gather feedback and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in field of Software Engineering, Computer Science / Engineering, IT or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in Product Owner or Software Product Development and familiarity with customer journey in banking and financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking products, banking operations and financial regulations and standards
• Self-organized and self-motivated, creativity and business mindset
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of technology trends, constraints, and effective communication with development teams
• Good knowledge in banking processes, products and services
• Understanding of Agile principles and agile methodology and strong in project management and knowledge of software engineering methodologies
