About the role

Responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlog, and ensuring successful product delivery thataligns with business objectives and customer needs. The Product Owner acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to deliver high-value digital products.

Work you will do

  • Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, translating business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications to support efficient development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure product features are delivered successfully.
  • Act as the Product Owner in Agile/Scrum processes, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze business requirements and technical feasibility, ensuring solutions align with the existing architecture, system capabilities, and technology stack.
  • Provide guidance and clarification to the development team on complex business logic and product requirements, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
  • Prioritize product features by balancing buProduct Ownersiness value, customer impact, and technical dependencies.
  • Review and validate product deliverables to ensure they meet acceptance criteria, quality standards, and business expectations before release.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, insights, and product improvement opportunities to continuously enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Let us Talk About You

If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, Software Engineering, IT or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product development.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
  • Experience managing digital products or technology platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to bridge commercial and digital teams.
