Now, we're looking for a Product Owner - Merchant Products to take our merchant-facing products to the next level, shaping the future of B2B wellness tech in Southeast Asia.
What You'll Do
- Own the Merchant Experience: Take full product ownership of Gowabi POS and Gowabi CRM, ensuring merchants not only use but love our solutions. You will be responsible for Gowabi POS Revenue and Merchant Retention targets.
- Set the Vision: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and CTO to define and execute Gowabi's B2B product strategy.
- Drive AI Innovation: Lead the integration of AI across internal operations and customer-facing productsbringing automation, personalization, and intelligence to life.
- Execution Excellence: Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps, feature specs, and successful product launches.
- Merchant Obsessed: Gather feedback, analyze data, and stay close to the ground to deeply understand merchant pain points and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to bring ideas from 0 1 and scale them to 1 100.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products.
- AI Literacy: Comfortable leveraging AI concepts and tools; proven experience leading AI transformation projects is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making comes naturallyyou can balance gut instinct with metrics.
- Strategic Operator: Ability to zoom out on long-term strategy and zoom in on day-to-day execution.
- Customer-Centric: You thrive on solving real problems for businesses and delivering measurable impact.
- Strong Communicator: Able to influence and align multiple stakeholders with clarity and vision.
- Location Preference: Bangkok-based candidates strongly preferred; onsite collaboration is ideal, but remote arrangements can be considered for exceptional candidates.
