Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to fill a dual role as Project Manager and Product Owner. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development and launch of new features and functionalities for our cutting-edge marketing technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in both project management and product ownership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of our users.
Responsibilities
Product/Project Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product features and initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Manage project resources effectively, including developers, designers, and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure efficient project execution.
Product/Project Ownership
- Work closely with product management and marketing teams to define product vision, roadmap, and user stories.
- Prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user pain points and inform product development.
- Own the product backlog and ensure it remains prioritized and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure new features meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with product management frameworks (e.g., user stories, product roadmaps).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- User-centric approach to product development.
