Product Owner

Job Description:

• Deeply understand customer's need or pain point and validate the exact requirement.
• Research competitive offerings across the region and deliver a best-in-class experience to your customers.
• Analyze documents business processes, metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Develop user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria in JIRA including user interaction with UI/UX designer.
• Ability to transform business functions and requirements into designed and development team.
• Partner closely with the engineering, architecture and quality engineering teams during the technical design and development phases to ensure product features requirements are met.
• Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum experience 10 years in background of business analyst, product owner or related fields.
• Design new product features that enhance business value, operational efficiency, and overall product capabilities.
• Familiar with Enterprise Business.
• Understanding of ERP, Retail, CRM, Supply Chain, is a big plus.
• Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
• Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.

• Good command in English both written and spoken.
