Research competitive offerings across the region and deliver a best-in-class experience to your customers.
Analyze documents business processes, metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities.
Develop user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria in JIRA including user interaction with UI/UX designer.
Ability to transform business functions and requirements into designed and development team.
Partner closely with the engineering, architecture and quality engineering teams during the technical design and development phases to ensure product features requirements are met.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced deadline intensive environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum experience 10 years in background of business analyst, product owner or related fields.
Design new product features that enhance business value, operational efficiency, and overall product capabilities.
Familiar with Enterprise Business.
Understanding of ERP, Retail, CRM, Supply Chain, is a big plus.
Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.
