- Define the product strategy, product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities for squad team.
- Conducting customer research was required to gain an understanding of customers needs as well as an understanding of the market and competition.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to make sure that you collaboratively provide for the company's goals.
- Provide input to estimations on projects based on business requirements.
- Manage product development from end to end, create user story to squad team and prioritize product feature backlog to ensure maximum value that aligned with product strategy.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new feature/functionalities.
- Perform product demos to customers and all stakeholders.
- Provide support after Go-live to users when they meet an incident or issue by an analyst to find the root cause and coordinate with the technical team to solve the issue or incident.
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail business (O2O), Supply chain system, E-commerce and focusing on Omni-channel by using Data-driven marketing, or Data science, Business intelligence.
- Around 3-5 Years of working experience
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- CX or UX/UI experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skill, attention to detail.
