What you'll be doing

You'll act as the link between business objectives, customer needs, and technical delivery teams. Working across the full product lifecycle, you'll help define priorities, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure teams are focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and refining business requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Managing and prioritising the product backlog to align with strategic objectives
• Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile environment
• Working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements
• Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting release planning and helping ensure successful product launches
• Maintaining clear documentation and communication across teams

Your background

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Experience using Jira or similar product management tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Experience within digital platforms, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, or startup environments would be advantageous
• Fluent Thai and English communication skills
