Leads the company's end-to-end product quality strategy to ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all product categories.
Oversees After Sales (AS) performance trend and product failure analysis and PEX-based improvements.
Manages all product testing validation and investigation activities.
Provide the leadership during emergency product cases, including potential Product Liability (PL) issues, and ensures product quality during the Pre-launch stage.
Leads and develops the Quality Manager (QM) team, Maintain the data to delivery accurate insights and strengthen product creditability through advocacy and collaboration with trusted partners.
Qualification
10+ years in Quality Assurance/Engineering, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing global product quality (design to after-sales).
Expert proficiency in Quality Frameworks: ISO 9001, FMEA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, and PEX/Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong data-driven analytical skills for failure analysis, reliability trending, and continuous process improvement.
Deep knowledge of testing standards, regulatory compliance, product safety certifications, and direct experience mitigating Product Liability (PL) risks.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science (Master's preferred) and proven success in leading and developing a Quality Management team.
