Lead and manage CQC verification, to meet target throughput time.
Collaborate closely with CQE, Designer, FA, and Applications engineering teams to clarify and understanding the failure.
Perform in-depth failure analysis and root cause identification for product-related issues, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering, with a strong focus on semiconductor sensor devices (e.g., MEMS, magnetic, pressure, inertial sensors).
Familiar with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Exensio, Minitab).
Familiar with failure analysis techniques (e.g., SEM, FIB, OBIRCH).
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
