Product Solution Development:A hybrid role combining HVAC technical expertise and marketing,with a strong focus on developing innovative product solutions (e.g., IAQ, energy efficiency, carbon neutrality)to support air conditioning business growth. This role will drive product planning and market research in order to deliver competitive, value-added solutions that meet evolving customer and sustainability needs.
- Define and communicate the product's vision, goals, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Align product strategy with the company's overall goals and vision.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze the competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to define product features, specifications, and user experience.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell the product. Develop sales training materials and presentations to educate the sales team on product features and benefits.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various teams including marketing, sales, and product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product marketing, R&D, product design, or related role.
- Experience in the HVAC / Air-Conditioning industry would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and product lifecycle management processes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Good command of English communication. (TOEIC score at least 600) and strong proficiency in Thai.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
