Key Responsibilities;
Product & Premium Management
- Analyze competitor pricing and underwriting conditions to benchmark and define Areegator's competitive position.
- Negotiate and define premium standards and underwriting policies with partner insurers.
- Design Special Quotes (SPQ) for specific cases to enhance competitiveness for agents and sub-brokers.
Underwriting Standards Development
- Partner with insurers underwriting teams to develop policies suitable for Areegator's customer segments.
- Create clear premium and underwriting guidelines for Sub-brokers and Relationship Managers (RM).
Agent & RM Support
- Communicate product details, premium conditions, and underwriting policies to RMs and Sub-brokers.
- Develop and conduct training/workshops on competitive quotation, market differentiation, and product understanding.
Market & Trend Analysis
- Analyze motor and general insurance market data, including premiums, loss ratios, and customer behavior.
- Forecast premium trends and provide insights for strategic planning.
Strategic Development
- Recommend product roadmaps for Motor and PA lines.
Support campaign development to drive new business premiums and reduce reliance on renewals.
Manage End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Own the full campaign lifecycle from planning, launch, execution, optimization, to campaign closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Data, IT) to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Manage timelines, communications, and operational readiness to ensure campaigns deliver expected results.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, Underwriting, Insurance Pricing (Motor or Life / Non-Life Insurance preferred), Campaign Management, sales enablement, or agency/channel management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing, loss ratio, and market data.
- Experience working with insurers, agents, or brokers on pricing or underwriting matters.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create clear guidelines, training materials, and product documentation.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally with strategy, underwriting, and sales teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
