Job Summary
The Product Specialist (Clinical Cell and Gene Therapy) is responsible for providing clinical, technical, and application support for the company's products. The role supports sales activities through product installation, user training, troubleshooting, and scientific product presentations. This position works closely with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to ensure effective product usage, customer satisfaction, and business growth, while continuously updating knowledge in Cell and Gene Therapy applications.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the company's sales activities related to assigned products.
- Provide product application support and troubleshoot usage issues to ensure smooth operation, including product installation, user training, accurate handover, and acceptance of equipment.
- Continuously study product specifications, including instruments and reagents, and attend product training sessions provided by overseas suppliers to gain in-depth knowledge of product principles and applications.
- Present products to customers accurately and appropriately based on clinical and technical requirements.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and actively develop new customers within the assigned territory.
- Collect and report customer engagement activities to analyze market trends and support marketing strategy development.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Administration & Customer Service, Warehouse & Logistics, Service Engineering, and other related departments.
- Prepare product information and sales support materials for the sales team, such as catalogs, brochures, and promotional items to support marketing activities in hospitals and clinics.
- Coordinate and support exhibition booths and product showcases with medical organizations, research institutes, and universities.
- Liaise with speakers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to continuously update scientific and product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Biological Sciences/Medical-related fields (e.g., Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, etc.).
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/life science related work.
Research laboratory or basic data analysis experience.
Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
