Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales Team by leveraging expertise in molecular biology and genomics to deliver technical guidance, product demonstrations, and customer support.
- Build long-term customer engagement through training, troubleshooting, and post-sales service.
- Conduct market intelligence to identify emerging trends and business prospects in genomics.
- Liaise with international teams to localize product knowledge and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of managing projects independently.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Thailand and abroad.
