Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist to support the clinical part of the TrakCare system for our local market. You will work with global Product teams and local implementation teams to configure, test, and document the clinical features so they meet local requirements and follow best practice.
Working with the Regional Edition Manager, you will define how the product should be set up for the region, make the required configuration changes, and create clear documentation. Your work will help guide implementation projects and support our clients.
Responsibilities
- Create use cases and clear product and functional requirements for new features, and help QA, training, and documentation teams understand these features.
- Analyse business problems and new requests and propose suitable solutions.
- Collect and prioritise customer feedback through live sessions and other feedback channels.
- Join project teams with developers and other key staff to design and deliver new product functionality.
- Help with scoping, planning, developing, and implementing new product enhancements as needed.
- Work closely with end users and internal teams to understand workflows and ensure changes meet real business needs.
- Prepare and deliver product materials, presentations, and demonstrations to support learning, knowledge sharing, presales, and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Clinical background, preferably as a Medical Doctor or Nurse.
- Experience in Healthcare IT, ideally with software implementation experience (as a vendor or customer).
- Experience writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications.
- Indepth, handson experience with healthcare applications.
- University degree in Technology, Science, Medicine, Nursing, or another Healthcare field.
