Product Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok for a Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing expert-level knowledge of the company's dental products, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in Product Specializations and a good understanding of dental products and technologies
• Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to assess customer needs and adapt solutions accordingly
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Sales experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in time management and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Prior experience in the dental industry or healthcare sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Business, Healthcare, or related discipline preferred
