Your role
As a Field Product Specialist Thailand, your mission is to provides technical expertise and hands-on support to customers and sales teams through product demonstrations, training, troubleshooting, and feedback collection to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
You will report to Regional Product Manager.
You will
- Deliver product demos at customer sites and innovation centers
- Support sales with technical presentations and product expertise
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Assist with product trials and ensure smooth implementation
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
- Collaborate with divisions to resolve product/process problems
- Train sales teams and distributors on product features and demos
- Support product launches, marketing activities, and exhibitions
- Gather customer feedback for product improvement
- Stay current on product knowledge and market trends
- Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer events

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in technical sales, product support, or engineering
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and travel as needed
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- Basic understanding of IT network and programming
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Chachoengsao, Thailand.
