Job Summary

As a Product Specialist for the North region of Thailand LE, you will drive sales and customer success for our pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for effectively communicating product value, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall sales optimization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the North region.
  • Proactively engage in pharmaceutical sales activities, including digital sales and multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Conduct thorough customer analysis to understand needs and tailor product solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective customer relationship management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through comprehensive customer success management.
  • Deliver consistent sales results and contribute to overall sales optimization initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Manage personal workload and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven ability to Communicate Effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Analysis and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong background in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Proficiency in Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing techniques.
  • Experience in Customer Success Management is highly desirable.
  • A track record of consistently delivering results and contributing to Sales Optimization.
  • Ability to Display Resilience and Adaptability in a dynamic market environment.
  • Capable of managing self and priorities effectively.
  • A good understanding of Market Intelligence principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills to Work Collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven Selling skills with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Experience in developing and executing Sales Strategy.
