Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven professional to join our Total Wealth Solution team as a Product Strategy Manager. This role is central to shaping and executing product strategies for wealth-focused life insurance solutions, including unit linked, annuity, and endowment products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of business acumen, quantitative analysis, and strategic thinking to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Product Development
- Develop and execute product strategies for wealth-related life insurance products
- Identify market opportunities and design solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives
2.Data-Driven Insights & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover trends, assess performance, and inform strategic decisions
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that support product innovation and business outcomes
3.Business Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior management, highlighting growth opportunities and competitive positioning
4.Project Management
- Lead and manage strategic product initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and outcomes to ensure successful implementation
5.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure strategic alignment and collaboration
Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in life insurance, wealth management, or mutual fund industries, with a focus on product strategy or business development
- Strong understanding of unit linked, annuity, and endowment products and their role in long-term financial planning
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems using structured analytical approaches
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with experience in advanced quantitative analysis
- Solid business judgment and commercial acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Demonstrated project management experience with strategic impact
- Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and collaborative spirit
