Responsibilities
- Maintain and control testability to keep production continue.
- Identifies and resolves assigned product yield, productivity, quality, and reliability problems to achieve company target.
- Leverage Productivity, Quality, Cycle time, and all other manufacturing aspect to contribute company success.
- Qualifies new products to enable production start-up.
- Resolves technical problem to ensure smooth operation.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 0-3 years experience in Semiconductor electronics industry or related fields.
- Strong analytical, Problem-solving skills and project management, facilitation, and effective communications skills
- Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
