Product Trainer

Job description

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to customers, primarily online, across all Quickbase training classes
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including videos, presentations, and hands-on exercises
• Collaborate with the product team to stay informed on new features and enhancements
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of certification exams
• Provide expert support and guidance to customers during training sessions, addressing questions and concerns
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on customer feedback and industry best practices
• Coach customers at virtual events and in-person (when applicable) in best practices as they build dynamic solutions with Quickbase
• Manage aspects of the customer onboarding program to drive product adoption and refine the program for maximum impact
• Use design thinking principles to craft and iterate on engaging instructor-led and on-demand content
• Administer the software adoption platform to facilitate adoption among new customers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Quickbase features and enhancements

Here's What You'll Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's Degree plus 1-2 years in a training or education role OR 5-6 years in a training or education role
• Strong experience with relational databases, productivity tools, and SaaS products (preferably Quickbase)
• English fluency with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%
• Experience delivering group trainings, both in-person and virtually
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment
• Passion for helping customers succeed and a commitment to continuous improvement

App Builder certification is a must-have; Expert Builder certification is a nice-to-have
