The role to lead the operation and maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control production to ensure that products are produced on time, meet quality standards, and within budget.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements, Maximizing the line availability to support best possible output.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in product demand or production capacity.
- Engage with planning to optimize the production schedule every week in order to maximize unit line availability.
- Deliver cost per case improvements driving productivity projects every year that will mitigate the inflationary pressures.
- Ensure that the skill count is prioritized over headcount to be able to increase number of cases per hour worked.
- Issue effective and clear instructions through the line leaders.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high engagement.
- Prepare and manage the units budget, ensuring cost control and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to address variances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Bachelor of Science or related fields.
- Experience working in factories of foods, beverages, or pharma multinational companies for at least 10 years.
- Supervisor management level experience of at least 5 year.
