People Development & Collaboration
- Foster robust talent development and succession planning.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, staff representatives, and regional partners.
- Promote cross‑functional collaboration and regional synergies.
Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Deliver site financial, productivity, and service targets while ensuring exceptional compliance.
- Develop and execute long‑term strategies aligned to Supply Chain and corporate goals.
- Lead the site development plan and ensure successful implementation of the innovation pipeline.
Continuous Improvement & Safety
- Champion continuous improvement using ManEx, BMOS, and continuous improvement tools.
- Strengthen and embed a Zero‑Accidents Culture through proactive safety leadership.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, such as Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, WCM, IWS, and/or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong situational leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and agility.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex environments.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong innovation mindset with the ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Effective communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
