Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Department Specialist. The position is located in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Production Department Specialist will be responsible for production planning, managing production activities, ensuring quality control, and providing training to staff. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow, overseeing the production process, and maintaining high standards of product quality.

Qualifications

• Production Planning and Production Management skills
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Training and developing staff
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the optical or manufacturing industry is a must
