Job Summary
The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the production processes within the PP Compounding factory, ensuring operational excellence through effective coordination with managers and supervisors. This role requires collecting and analyzing production data to identify issues, implementing solutions to optimize processes, and enhancing team capabilities to achieve performance targets in efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Production Control & Development
- Manage and improve production processes to meet established standards in quantity, quality, environmental sustainability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and contractors working in the production area.
Compliance & Sustainability
- Promote and enforce compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to conserve energy and resources while embedding environmental and safety awareness within the organization.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate production planning and scheduling with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
- Execute other assigned duties to support operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology
- 03 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations (experience in plastics/compounding preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rayong Province
