The Position
Production Engineer
Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure safe and efficient production operations meeting performance, quality, and safety targets
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and support teams
- Monitor and improve production processes, equipment performance, and downtime
- Control consumables and spare parts within the production area
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions
- Analyze production data and report key performance and issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Support and train production teams
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree (Ceramic/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/Science or relevant)
- 0-3 years of experience in ceramic, ceramic s raw material, mining or cement industry
- Proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English
